Behaviour Shift

A website, a recruitment launch and the office behind it, for a brand-new agency.

A new promotional staffing agency had to win event clients and recruit its team from the same launch. We built the website, the recruitment site behind the launch posts, the office that keeps every application, and the cards and signatures that go with them.

The brief

Behaviour Shift supplies event managers, brand ambassadors and event teams to construction and trade shows, exhibitions and sporting events. It was new: no website, and no team on the books yet.

So the job was two sites' worth of persuasion from one brand. Convince event clients the agency is worth booking. Convince good people it is worth joining — and then keep every one of their applications safe.

What we made

The website

An editorial site in the agency's porcelain and copper, with big condensed headlines and photography graded to match. Construction and trade events, corporate and exhibitions, and sporting events each make their own case — and the enquiry form already knows which one you came from.

The recruitment site

join.behaviourshift.com went live on 19 September — the address on the launch posts. A six-step registration covers details, experience, availability, photos, a little about you and the agreements. It saves answers as you go, sends a confirmation email, and ends with an All Access pass.

The office

admin.behaviourshift.com is where the agency works from. Every registration is kept with its photos, every failed attempt is written down, and it shows how busy the site has been. Suggestions land there too: the founder taps any words on the site to propose a change, and it arrives with a screenshot attached.

Private to the agency — it holds applicants' details, so there are no screens of it here.

Print, email and a digital card

Business cards, QR codes and email signatures from the same system, and a digital business card at behaviourshift.com/sammi that saves straight into a phone's contacts.

How the first month ran

Straight from the build history. The founder followed along on a private preview link the whole way.

  1. Build starts. Design directions go to the founder side by side.

  2. The porcelain direction is approved and goes up on the preview link.

  3. Business card print files, the staff terms and the full registration form.

  4. Recruitment launch: join.behaviourshift.com goes live.

  5. Every registration is kept, not just emailed, and visits are counted.

  6. The office opens at admin.behaviourshift.com.

  7. Email signatures go live.

  8. Suggest mode: the founder proposes edits by tapping the page.

  9. A digital business card at behaviourshift.com/sammi.
