Green Power

Over 30 films, a quoting system, flyers and digital cards for a national plant hire company — and still going.

Green Power Plant Hire hires out diggers, dumpers, access platforms, generators, lighting and heating, with same and next day delivery across the country. Since July 2025 we've filmed its yard and its customers' sites, designed its flyers, and built the system its hire desk quotes from.

The brief

It started in July 2025 with films of Green Power's headquarters and yard: the machines, the people and the place.

It has grown into much of what the company puts in front of its customers. Films from the sites its machines work on, flyers for new hire lines and a new depot, a quoting system for the hire desk, and digital business cards for the team.

What we made

Films, on the ground and from the air

Over 30 finished films since July 2025, cut landscape and portrait. The headquarters and yard; vacuum excavation at Birmingham City's ground with Colmor Construction and at Hathern; groundworks with Fothergills and EH Smith; Whittington Golf Course being rebuilt, from the air; and interview films with Armac and APEX.

HireQuote

The system Green Power's hire desk quotes from. Each quote gets a reference number and goes to the customer as a link and a PDF, and the desk can see when it was sent and when the customer opened it. Rebuilt in spring 2026 on a proper database, replacing the first quoting tool, with a dashboard that tracks every quote.

Private to Green Power — it holds customers' quotes and prices, so there are no screens of it here.

Flyers and a presentation

Flyers for each new hire line and for the new depot at Great Barr — Heat for Hire, Lighting Towers, the depot opening and GP One Call — in print and for social, one family with the hire desk number on every one. And the company presentation, redesigned in August 2026.

Digital cards and wallet passes

Digital business cards for the team, in Green Power's black and green: every line one tap from a call, an email or a WhatsApp, and Save contact puts the whole card in a phone's contacts. Each has an Apple Wallet pass that carries its QR code.
